  ÷ Coordinate all jobs by scheduling all necessary trades in a timely manner.

  ÷ Verify all needed permits for job and pull all permits – to include scheduling all necessary inspections.

  ÷ Help on Job site if necessary.

  ÷ Manage multiple jobs at one time.

  ÷ Visit jobsites when needed to make sure that all work is being performed properly.

  ÷ Meet with clients and tradesman to bid on all necessary items needed and return bid to client in a

timely manner.

  ÷ Research custom items for clients if necessary.

  ÷ Repair/Replace parts as needed from bondo work to removing panels and welding/gluing back in

place.

  ÷ Inspect Vehicles when complete to ensure all repairs are complete
